Shipping of your package

Packages are usually shipped within a few days after receiving all of your equipment from us. They are sent via a carrier (La Poste, UPS, Schenker ...) with a tracking number and delivered with or without signature.

The shipping costs include the preparation and packing costs as well as the shipping costs. The preparation costs are fixed, while the shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We can group two orders placed separately, but the shipping charges applying to each of them will be kept. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.

Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

The products are delivered to the delivery address that was indicated when ordering and the time indicated. This time does not take into account the time of preparation of the order. It is necessary to differentiate the delivery time to the shipping time. The shipping time is the time required to prepare the order and the delivery to carriers. It depends mainly on the availability of the items ordered.

Some products, because of their mass or their size, are shipped directly by the suppliers of the company SARL Kit Elec Shop, the delivery time can be modified.

When the delivery requires an appointment with the customer, the agreement is made between the two parts of the date, time, place and price of this agreement. When the customer orders several products at the same time, they may have different delivery times delivered according to the following methods: the customer requests by email the delivery of the available items and will receive the remainder of his order from stock replenishment or receipt of items on order supplier. In case of delay of shipment, the company SARL Kit Elec Shop is not responsible for the hazards of its suppliers. In case of late delivery, the customer has the opportunity to resolve the contract under the terms and conditions defined in Article L138-2 of the Consumer Code. The seller proceeds to the refund of the product and expenses "go" under the conditions of Article L138-3 of the Consumer Code. The seller provides a telephone point of contact (cost of a local call from a landline) indicated in the order confirmation email to track the order. The seller recalls that when the customer takes physical possession of the products, the risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to him. It is the customer's responsibility to notify the carrier of any reservations about the delivered products.

IMPORTANT: The buyer must not be allowed to dictate his conduct or the elements to be written on the delivery note by the deliveryman.
